With over 30 years of development, Becamex Group is a pioneering corporation in the industrial and urban real estate sector in Vietnam, leading many innovative and groundbreaking models. Becamex Tokyu is a joint venture between Becamex Group and Tokyu Japan, investing in and developing urban areas in Binh Duong New City (1,000 hectares) in Binh Duong Ward, including residential complexes, commercial facilities, transportation infrastructure, etc., within a project called "TOKYU Garden City". Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park
The joint venture between Becamex Group and Sembcorp Development, the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park, attracts investment from businesses in various industrial sectors such as pharmaceuticals and healthcare, food and beverages, electrical and electronics, and precision mechanics and automation. To date, 17 projects across 13 provinces and cities in Vietnam have become operational, creating a significant impetus for attracting investment and socio-economic development, and serving as a model for effective, sustainable, and long-term cooperation between the two sides.
