With the motto "Always NEW!" for its urban development, the company constantly experiments with advanced methods, promoting sustainable urban development in Vietnam.
Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park
The joint venture between Becamex Group and Sembcorp Development, the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park, attracts investment from businesses in various industrial sectors such as pharmaceuticals and healthcare, food and beverages, electrical and electronics, and precision mechanics and automation. To date, 17 projects across 13 provinces and cities in Vietnam have become operational, creating a significant impetus for attracting investment and socio-economic development, and serving as a model for effective, sustainable, and long-term cooperation between the two sides.
