Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Delegation Meets with IMPCO to Discuss Strategic Development Direction

On 17 June, 2026, a delegation from the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, led by Mr. Dang Minh Thong, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, visited and held a working session with Binh Duong Investment and Project Management Company Limited (IMPCO) and Binh Duong Production–Import Export Corporation (Protrade).

The meeting focused on reviewing business performance, discussing corporate restructuring, and addressing strategic matters related to investment projects, land assets, and the long-term development of both enterprises. During the session, IMPCO presented an overview of its operational performance, asset and land portfolio management, and the implementation progress of its key strategic projects. Also, IMPCO outlined its long-term transformation strategy to become a leading industrial, urban and services project developer and asset manager, aligned with Ho Chi Minh City’s new growth agenda. The strategy prioritizes the development of high-tech industrial parks, digital innovation clusters, science and technology cities, transit-oriented developments (TOD), social housing, smart urban communities, and high-quality service infrastructure, creating new growth engines for the City.
Following presentations from IMPCO, Protrade, and guest agencies, Deputy Secretary Dang Minh Thong acknowledged the companies’ continued efforts in maintaining business operations, effectively managing strategic assets, and proactively formulating development strategies aligned with Ho Chi Minh City’s long-term vision.
The Deputy Secretary also directed IMPCO to accelerate the completion of its Corporate Development Master Plan, with a clear roadmap covering organizational transformation, strategic asset and land portfolio management, capital mobilization and allocation, human capital development, and implementation priorities to support its next phase of growth.

The working session reaffirmed the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee’s strong commitment to supporting IMPCO’s transformation and sustainable development. It also established an important foundation for accelerating IMPCO’s strategic investment projects, unlocking the value of its strategic resources, and advancing its vision of becoming a leading industrial, urban and services project developer and manager, contributing to Ho Chi Minh City’s ambition to become a regional hub for high-tech industry, innovation and sustainable growth.
